I rip on Chuck Norris, and this is my cosmic reward. Every day I believe more and more in a trickster god.

I took the photo of me in my work uniform on Saturday, and grabbed the first Chuck picture off of google image search I saw 10 minutes ago. I didn’t pose this at all.

I couldn’t be more thrilled if I shot myself in the face.

There has been a lack of an update for some time. Sorry, I have not killed myself. While this could cement me as some minor misunderstood genius at SCAD, I am afraid it would hurt. Also, I enjoy living for the most part and feel I am a fairly understood genius. I’d hate to be misrepresented as something greater than I was, unless I was grossly misrepresented. I am a fan of gross misrepresentations. 100 years from now I want history books to describe me as a 7 foot tall viking warrior who battled a dragon in my trusty dodger blue Fokker Dr I. Triplane in the Spanish-American War.

Quickly, I am working on thesis. What that means exactly will remain a mystery until I am not embarassed by my progress.

I have also gotten a local job to pay the bills. I’m training to be a horse carriage driver slash tour guide slash future victim of heat-stroke. It’s interesting and they pay me in SHINY AMERICAN DOLLARS.

Still haven’t found a real animation job. I don’t expect to until after I start looking harder when thesis is finished. I’ve been applying to companies that come to SCAD to recruite but haven’t been sending out the dozens of packages I need to be for a serious job hunt.
