3rd semester in a row. Go me.

I have been more tight lipped about my personal life lately on this site. I’m trying to keep things more professional or failing that, funny.

Today was kind of fun. My dad took me and my brother out for the day. We went searching for my mom’s gift, which took us to about three different stores. Inbetween that, we caught lunch and a movie. At Dew Claws (where we got lunch), dad got us the beer sampler. They bring out like ten little baby cups of beer. Good times. :v

The flick we saw was Space Jumanji. I wanted to see Harry Potter, Walk the Line, or Good Night and Good Luck. Tough shit. My dad won’t see Potter without my mom, and my brother won’t see Walk the Line because of Jaquine Pheonix or GNGL because… I never got a reason for that one.

Space Jumanji was alright. It’s a kid flick (and heavy handed at times), but there was enough there that I didn’t stab my eyeballs out.

There were trailers for about three CGI movies. Weird.

If you have an iPod and haven’t gotten enough of my damn cartoon yet, there is yet another format available to view it on. It’s enough to make you sick isn’t it?

These guys put together video podcasts of cartoons. Each “episode” contains several toons. I’m in the current episode (6).

I went to the ottobar for the UNDERGROUND dance night this weekend past. On one end, I had a lot of fun dancing. On the other, I couldn’t get a single girl to dance with me. I wasn’t asking for anything besides the opportunity to flail around like an idiot while facing someone as opposed to just sort of doing it while attempting not to look at any one person too long. Whatev’s. :dance:

There was also some real bad news with Ann, and it could have turned out worse to the tune of her getting really hurt and me having a nervous breakdown. Not cool.

My favorite moment of the evening is when a Morrissey video came on the projector early on. Before anything happened in the video, I said “Oh fuck! Morrissey. I fucking love Morrissey.”

Morrissey then proceded to roll around on some boulders rubbing his partially exposed chest and sashaying his hips to and frow while pouting into the camera. WOW. I’m glad I wasn’t on a date when I said that.

I still fucking love Morrissey. Check the sideburns. :911:
